Mound City Bar Association membership began almost a century ago when African Americans could not join St. Louis Bar Association. In all that time, one thing that hasn’t changed about Mound City Bar Association is the sense of community and belonging that membership affords.
Mound City Bar Association is where you develop lifelong friendships. The spirit of belonging is found in committee work, culturally relevant activities, and general body meetings. Members have many opportunities to participate in a full schedule of family friendly events and activities in an encouraging environment.
Our members enjoy productive networking in a nurturing environment along with meaningful, and well organized, community service. The Mound City Bar Association experience includes robust career information, tangible leadership opportunities, mentoring for our young members, and a supportive environment for our seasoned members.
We invite you to join the tradition that is Mound City Bar Association. Our bar year runs from July 1st through June 30th of each year.
